Excellent product. Installed easily. Attach u-bolt to CRV hook before trying to start nuts on bolts. It holds hitch in place nicely.

Thanks - we paid to have this hitch installed by our mechanic (lowering the exhaust system is beyond our capabilities). But, the install only cost $84 so that was worth it. Looks nice. Since it was installed only yesterday I haven't had a chance to really try it out yet. The mechanic said it was a very good hitch.

Hitch was a breeze to install, following the directions, and was about a 40 minute job... The wiring harness I purchased with the hitch took significantly longer!
