Very quick job and a perfect fit. I scratched some of the paint off the frame, however, and touched it up with a little rustoleum.

To install the hitch, I found it easiest (after about 30 minutes) to prop up on side of the hitch and put both bolts in one side. Then move to the other side and pull hard on the hitch to get it to clear the car's frame. The tolerences on the car and hitch are very close and there is not much wiggle room. Once I got the second side of the hitch to clear the frame of the car, it was just finding the bolt holes after that.

Perfect fit. Almost too perfect. I had to set it in the sun to warm it up and spring it apart with a jack before it would go into position. It was only about 1/16 or less and it went right in after doing the above.

This is the second Curt Trailer Hitch I have purchased. The first one was for a Jeep Wrangler. I'm really satisfied with the quality of the hitch and the ease of installation. Unlike the other competitor’s hitches, this hitch does not require any modification to the vehicle. The exhaust does not have to be dropped. The air baffle to the rear fascia does not have to be removed, and there is no trimming of the lower rear fascia itself. Hitch goes on with 4 bolts and there is plenty of room to get your hand and tools in place to install the bolts and tighten them. You can access the bolts easily without putting the car on jacks or a lift. I would recommend using a round wire brush to clean out the weld nuts on the frame prior to installation. After installation, you can barely see the hitch. It is not lower to the ground than any other component on the vehicle. Overall, very satisfied with the hitch and the ease of installation.

This trailer hitch fit perfectly, and seems very solidly built. It only took about 10 minutes to install.

I used a small wheeled hydraulic jack under the center of the hitch to start the forward bolt on each side, then raised the jack to start the rear bolts, from then on it was duck soup. This was all done on my back, on the ground. Thank you for an easy assembly.
