The installation was straight forward thanks to Torkfit video and written instructions. Talking time to study additional videos reinforces understanding of the process. Using a pry tool on bumper facia clips eased their removal. The hitch itself is well designed as it is specific to the car brand and model.

Great product, easy install! It does take a little while to get the product since they are built from order... so plan accordingly. All around an easy transaction!

Order was received in a timely manner. Everything we needed was included. We installed the base plate ourselves after purchasing the necessary tools following the instructions included with the order. Our first tow of over 500 miles was successful with the jeep following safely behind.
