extremely fast delivery good product and good fit installation took longer than anticipated but very satisfied with product

I am happy with the overall design, however this was the worst fit of the last two Roadmaster base plates I have installed. The holes did not line up and the nuts welded on the plates didn't fit in the space, they had to be ground down.
All that being said, the final install looks good.

Great product, I can load my 2013 roadglide H-D in a minute or less. Installation was a breeze also, just had to buy longer bolts to go thru my trailer floor mat'l. I would advise all riders to purchase this produuct.

Nice RV battery box. Fit in between the frame rails and on top of the angle iron for the battery. I ended up buying longer shoulder bolts to install the box. Instead of bolting the provided angle iron to the frame's battery supports and then bolting the box to the provided angle iron with additional bolts, I used one bolt (x4) through the box, provided angle iron, and then into the frame angle iron.

Perfect fit!
I used the install method that has you remove the back bumper. I am a do-it-yourselfer but not a car guy. This was daunting at first but it turned out to be very simple.The instructions provided were clear simple and easy to follow. I spent twice as much time running the wires for the lights as I did on the hitch install.

Very happy with purchase. Arrived with easy to follow directions and all components needed to build. I can now haul four singles AND a tandem behind my vehicle. High quality system.
