So many great things to say about the shipping (super fast delivery), ease of ordering. What a great idea of using the fishwire to install the hitch bolts in to the frame members. All the bolts lined up perfectly, no problems with hitch interfering with exhaust pipe or muffler. Install time 30 mins (might have been faster had the wife not been helping??) Great price and quality of manufacturing and workmanship. Most definitely will recommend HitchSource to my friends.

The hitch arrived in no time. Great looking hitch. Installation on the first try was frustrating as the holes did not line up with the bolts that I fishwired in place. Then I looked at the hitch and one of the arms was bent in over an inch. The box was damaged during shipment and part of the hitch was sticking out. Obviously it was dropped and caused the bend in one of the arms. After reading a review on which someone else had the same problem and used a handyman jack to bend the one arm back in place I did the same and it worked.

Had to cut old bolts on my frame rails from a previous owners installation of a different hitch. If there was never a hitch on the vehicle before than this hitch would have been installed in about 20minutes. I'm very happy with this product.

I was able to install this hitch in about 45 minutes all by myself. A few tips: The muffler on my 2004 CRV is held in place by 2 rubber hangers. Use a spray lubricant like Liquid Wrench silicone spray to detach the hangers. Believe me, it will save you much aggravation. You don't have to screw the bolts all the way onto to fish wire, maybe 3 full turns will be fine. After you get all 4 bolt positioned, and the hitch in place, before you tighten the nuts down, install the U bolt. A little play in the hitch will help you thread the U bolt. I made the mistake of tightening down all 4 main bolts then trying to install the U bolt. It just barely wouldn't thread. I had to loosen all 4 bolts to get the U bolt to match up. When I re-attached the muffler, the top of the muffler now touches one the mounting bolts. At ilde I notice the muffler is vibrating against the nut. The hitch appears to be very sturdy and for the price and ease of installation, it's a fantastic deal. Hitchsource.com rules!

** HitchSource Response **
It is rare for the nut to touch the muffler, but when it does, you can usually bend the exhaust hanger slightly to resolve it. Each vehicle is assembled slightly differently and occasionally the tolerances add up, so your hanger is probably just a little tight.

I received the trailer hitch and when we went to install it the left side was bent in about one inch don't know if it was damaged in shipping or it could had been bent when it was welded. It took some time with a bar but we got it on the frame.
