fit good heavy duty I suggest using a hydraulic jack on each side of bumper to hold bumper in place while loosing bolts
also make sure you do one side at a time or the bumper will fall off pretty easy job you need a good ratchet and swivel head ,extension and nice box wrench 20 minute job

Ordered these for my 2011 F150 Extended Cab to go with the front tie downs that I put on a few months ago. They fit perfectly and are very easy to install. I'll never again rely on those bed mounted tie downs. These Torklifts take all the rock and roll out of hauling the camper. Shipping from HitchSource is fast as lightening

Torklift is so simple, remove three nuts, install and put the 3 nuts back on. Solid as a Sherman tank, can't ask for better

These tiedowns were easy to install and it was nice we could do it ourselves. The only tricky part was fishing the bolts through the frame. Other than that....easy.
