Ordered the Curt trailer hitch For a Toyota Sienna, and it came in promptly and I got exactly what I expected. Installation was relatively easy and I followed the advice of others on here....mainly cleaning out the undercoating that got into the bolt holes. Very satisfied with the order process, delivery, product and installation instructions.

Self Tapping Bolts Saved the Day!

Bolts, seemed to big. Got some smaller metric bolts, to small. Lucky my Son had a new Toyota Tacoma that had a receiver hitch. He pulled one bolt out and it was a self tapping bolt thread. He ran that in all the holes and cleaned them. Air pressure set at 160 and it wouldn't turn it! Had a cheater bar and then we installed the whole thing with no problems.

Self tapping bolts in the kit would of made it a snap to install. It would of been much tougher if he wasn't here with that self tapping bolt to clean each hole out. Rust, dirt, swelling.

I am very impressed with this hitch. It was easy to put on the vehicle and the directions were spot on. The order was at my door 2 days after I placed it. Maybe 20 min to put on. Did not even have to remove the tail pipe. Just slid it over so I could tighten the bolts. This is the 2nd Curt hitch I have bought for different cars. Will not second guess buying another one. Thanks for the service...
