Ordered 4 Springload XL turnbuckles and they worked fine except for 1 which was defective. HitchSource helped me obtain a replacement from Torklift and I appreciate their assistance.

Excellent product and customer service. I ordered two sets of these but when the shipment arrived only one set arrived. Upon calling customer service they concluded it had been their mistake and overnighted me the second set and I was able to have all of them for my trip the following day. Thank you Hitch Source.

Well-designed, quality product. I don't think the minimum length for the turnbuckles is correct. My rear tie-down distance was greater than the manufacturer's stated minimum, yet I had to cut about 5" off the screw to get the turnbuckle to fit in the space. However, it is now a very solid, secure fit, just as good as the front turnbuckles.
