Quick delivery, received 3 days after order w/ free ground shipping. Ordered over phone and salesperson was very pleasant/helpful. Easy to install ... fits and looks great. Hardest part was taking off the old bolts to get it on.

Only gripe would be that UPS just left it on my doorstep without even knocking (obviously not Hitchsources fault). Would go with Hitchsource again!!

Price was great, sales person very energetic and helpful, so I placed the order of my trailor hitch. Honestly, not more than two days, and I had the hitch at my front door! was a little skeptical on how it would fit, but it actually went on pretty easy. I did lower the exhaust pipe and remove the spare, which made it alot easier, and it was installed in 30 minutes...No kidding!! I would definately use Hitch Source again...Looks great too!!!

I have to admit I was a little doubtful about this. Arrived in about 2 days, followed the clearly laid out instructions. Except for me figuring out the right angle to get the hitch bar up between the frame members over the exhaust, everything went in exactly as planned. I will come back if I ever need another hitch!

First I need to say thank you, thank you, thank you! This was the first step for helping my roommate regain some of her freedom back. She has had a Motorized Wheelchair since Nov2010 and has not been able to afford to get the outside lift for her SUV that she needed. And Medicare does not pay for it saying she should be home bound anyways. Hello people need to go to Dr's appointments and shop. But anyways we came across your hitch and I decided I could swing it, and her 46th birthday was coming up. I ordered it and i could not believe how fast it got here THANK YOU!!!! My father then was volunteered to put it in...lol he has never done anything like it before. We could not believe how easy everything went!! The directions were sooooo easy to follow. Oh and the no drilling was such a major plus. Thank you again...and to let you know because of the money I saved on the hitch I was also able to order the basic lift for her truck, the other little extras will just have to wait. It will be great to see her smile again.

Hitch Source ROCKS! I cannot believe how quickly I received my order. I cannot say for sure - but I think I placed the order online about 1:00 or 2:00 PM on a Monday - and the hitch was delivered to my home Tuesday afternoon! Now THAT is what I consider EXTRAORDINARY service!!! The hitch and T-connector arrived without any damage and they were exactly as described on the website, the directions to install the hitch were clear, concise, and easy to understand, and the installation was easy and went very smoothly too!

Installation is lined out in the detailed instructions and was easy. The finish on the Hitch is high gloss and looks great. There is a step on the top of the hitch (Xterra) that is very handy for SUV owners and allows for easier access to roof racks.

Very easy to install, I found it easier to use the existing bolts, they are a little longer, rather than the ones supplied with the hitch, that are short and have a thicker thread, I like how the hitch fits and it looks very nice.
