The trailer hitch arrived in ONE DAY! The installation is extremely straight forward. All parts supplied worked flawlessly. The hitch fit perfectly. I agree with other reviewers - ratchet style wrenches will make the install a snap. Regular sockets or traditional (non ratcheting) wrenches will take about 1/2 hour longer. Although this installation CAN be accomplished by one person (that's what I did), having a friend hold the hitch in place while you line it up and tighten it down will make this about a 15 minute task (its weighs about 35lbs). Overall A+ - great quality, easy installation, perfect instructions AND I saved $400 over going to Nissan! Thank you HitchSource.com!!

I'm using this hitch on my Pathfinder for pulling a utility trailer and it works great so far. Takes longer than 15 min to install, I'd suggest having your truck on ramps and doing this with two people, really needs to be wedged in. Also, if you have larger, aftermarket tires on your truck, be warned that your spare will no longer fit underneath.

The hitch installs exactly as described in the instructions. Just note that on a 2001 Pathfinder that the evap canister on the driver side will make getting the upper two bolts on/off a little tricky unless you have a combination wrench (17mm as I recall). I actually had to remove two of the bolts that hold the evap canister on and bend it down so I could get to them. It doesn't keep you from getting the tow hooks off or the hitch on; it just makes it take a little longer. This is no fault of the hitch thought; rather it is the design of the vehicle that makes it hard to get to certain parts. Definitely recommend!
