Bought this hitch for 2005 Highlander. Ordered online on Saturday night, and on Tuesday it was delivered (NJ), in perfect condition.
Installation was straightforward -I've made it alone in about 30 minutes, including detaching original towing hooks. Had to put the hitch on a couple of boxes to keep it in reasonably horisontal position while attaching.

Great price W/free delivery. Box was ripped when delivered but no damage to hitch. Install was easy, did use a second person to hold the hitch in place while starting the first two bolts. Took approximately 25 minutes from start to finish. Saved approximately $75.00 by doing myself as opposed to going to commercial trailer hitch shop.
