I have had superior service during my transactions with HitchSource. At no fault of the company, I had to return an item and reorder a different one. Quick to answer the phone and understand the issue and most gracious in helping me resolve the issue. And... the prices were excellent!

This hitch is awesome!!!. It arrived within a couple days. It was wrapped and packaged well. The paint quality is better than I've seen. INSTALLATION: What can I say, EASY. it says 60 minutes for novices and 30 for professionals. I had it done in 30 minutes and I've never installed one before. The hole lined up perfectly, the bolts and thread size was perfect. Instructions were short and to the point and spelled everything out perfectly.
EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!

Product Rating

The hitch arrived promptly, was as described, came complete with mounting instructions and hardware. I'm somewhat handy, but even if I wasn't, it was an easy install. It took me almost an hour but most of that time was jacking up the car and getting tools. The hitch was a perfect fit and looks good. Now all I need is a wiring harness. I will deal with this company again in the future.
