This trailer hitch fits perfect and looks good on my 2009 Jeep Compass.
Installation tip - You don't need to remove the muffler. You will have to work it and the bumper can bend just enough to fit it in to position. I did this install myself but I would recommend having an extra hand just to hold the hitch in place when you start putting the bolts in the frame on one side.

Just finished the installation of a class 3 hitch on my 2010 Jeep Patriot. The product is a fine example of American craftsmanship, very sturdy . Installation is straight forward, neat, and easy. It rates a 10 out of 10 in my book.

Great product. I didn't have to lower the exhaust like the directions said, but might have been easier. Installed in about 30 minutes, its easy to do, I promise
