Arrived with shipping damage. Called HitchSource right away. They sent me a new hitch the next day and picked up the damaged hitch no charge! Fabulous service!
The hitch fits great! Clears everything easily. New mounting bolts included. It fits snugly under the rear bumper. Heavy duty hitch. Would recommend to others.

04 Jeep Grnd Cherokee Limited.
Went in like a dream, everything lined up perfectly.
The wire harness is the one that plugs into the driver rear fender behind the inside panel. Remove the threashold and 2 screws that hold the panel and plug it right in the green jack that is there. Close back up and you are ready to go.

Hitchsource was great to deal with and the hitch for my Grand Cherokee came right to my door from their Canadian warehouse so shipping was free. The hitch was well made although I had a bit of trouble aligning all the mounting holes. The forward most holes were the ones I struggled with but ended up getting the bolts to thread anyways. I am very happy with the look.

All the items in the tow package came quickly and installed very easily. There was not one problem, although I did need to get an 18mm socket to remove the exiting bolts. But that was my problem. Thanks hitchsource for a great product.

Excellent shipping, super quick. Installation was fairly easy, at no fault of the hitch the bolts on my 99 jeep were very rusty and I would suggest having the bolts removed at a shop. I retapped the holes and within a hour or less had the hitch installed and ready to go. I would definetly purchase from HitchSource again. This is my second hitch from them and as always excellent service.

Excellent quality hitch with a perfect fit. At least on my 2001 Grand Cherokee the shims were not necessary since there was a bumper skin brace that leveled things out nicely.

I would suggest installing the trailer wiring first due to the wrap under design of the rear bumper.

I got the 10 amp powered converter, and it fit right into the pocket below the driver side tail light. The green wire to the passenger side turn signal could have been 2 feet longer, but was very easily managed with a butt splice and extra wire.

Product shipped fast and was excellent if it wasn't for UPS dropping it and bending one side of the upright pieces. Luckily, I had the equipment to bend it back into its original position and the hitch went in very easily!!
