I had ordered a Curt trailer hitch for our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was a very good hitch, but I decided I wanted one that was less noticeable. I was able to return it for a different one. I was contacted by a representative from Hitchsource.com on a Tuesday and received the other one the very next day. I was both pleased with the other hitch and the service I received from this company. I would buy again from Hitchsource.com in the future.
