The tow plate and wiring came in good condition. The installation instructions for the tow plate were excellent. I took closer to 4 hours for the installation but then again I am not a mechanic.
The wiring harness was fine but I didn't realize I need a tail light converter. My motor home has separate amber turn signals and red brake lights. Save your self some aggravation and make sure you purchase the converter at the start.

Great price. Arrived on time and in good shape. Packaged well. Everything included. Well made and finished nicely.

Installed by a local Ford dealer. Apparently some frame design changes were made in the 2001 model year that the base plate installation instructions did not show. Mechanic had to improvise, but did not have any major problems. Took him just about three hours for the install.

Looks great on the vehicle!

I ordered the Blue Ox BX2605 base plate and tail light assy,they both came in a timely manner.
It took about three house to install the directions were very specific and I had no problems.
Took the RV out with Escape and all went well.
Very happy with Blue Ox and Hitch Source.
