Shipping was quick, but the packaging could be improved. Installation went smooth for me, but I recommend a second person for assistance. I used a hydraulic car jack. By positioning the hitch in the middle of the jack and strapping I was sure for my safety. Then I followed all directions. Removed the bumper holding bolts and drilled the holes out. Positioned the new hitch under the spot, raised the jack in position and installed the bolts with nuts and tightened to specs. All in all it took me an hour and 20 minutes, not the 40 minutes they say in the installation sheet. Perhaps if you use pneumatic tools, you could get the job done faster. This was my first hitch install ever, and I recommend that if you are just a little handy with tools you can do this with ease.

I ordered a hitch from you and all was good for that, but I could not find the light kit so I made the call. I was sent a 4pin light hook up, which I do need to return but in sales we have to diagnose and prescribe. I needed a 7pin and then on the sprinter you also need a couple of other things, luckily my local trailer dealer had what I needed.

Sorry about that. Unfortunately all wiring harnesses come in the standard 4-wire configuration. If you need a 7-wire system, we have 4-7 wire adapters, or you can hard wire in a 7-pin plug, which we also carry. Thanks for your business.
