Was very satisfied with my hitch purchase for my Dodge Caravan. I order it 10:00 pm on a Tuesday and received it already on Thursday morning. Very excellent service. I easily installed it my self and was able to move my daughter home from college. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Great shipping. Fast, good packaging. Easy to install once you get the bolts loose. Definitely need a socket extension to get good leverage on the nuts. Hitch didn't exactly line up for two of the eight bolts.
