Delivery was very prompt and the installation was simple. I was concerned that this required removing all of the bolts from the rear spring shackle, however, 2 remain attached so there is no danger of it dropping during installation.

The people at HitchSource were fantastic, I made a mistake in ordering my hitch and they fixed it very promptly and easily.
The Hitch installed easily as advertised, but my vehicle didn't have all the bolts necessary, you might want to purchase the correct bolts prior to starting the installation. (my local Ford dealer had bolts that were the right size they are metric). The powder coat on the hitch is very nice and thick. The hitch looks just as I had anticipated, but the finish is nicer.
This was a great experience.
