The service and the people at Hitch Source were great to deal with. The hitch arrived within three days of ordering and in good condition. We did have trouble lining up all of the holes at the same time so we elongated the center holes on the truck frame. After that, everything went together fine. There were two of us and the entire mounting process took about 1 hour.
