Super easy installation ... Hardest part is taking off the dummy connector ... may have to use a screwdriver.

XTERRA: Make sure you have the manufacturer tow package wiring (costs about $70 from dealer if not already installed).

If you are having a hard time with the cover to the harness, try something sharp (I used an eyeglass screwdriver) and pry up the clip holding the cover on.

The whole unit was far better than any I had bought before. Everything was included. The wiring Hardness was simple to install, in the past I had to splice into the truck's wiring harness but part 55441 just snapped into an existing
plug.
