As far as the ENTIRE product package, which the cover is one of the items and the locks are the rest. The installation went extremely well and works great and well worth the money.

Beautiful tow bar, heavy duty but not so weight. Hitch Source tech are very knowledgeable. Talk to them first.

Have not had a chance to use the cover yet; just received the Aventa tow bar today. The cover will help protect the equipment when not being used.
