I purchased the Bk-1000 to be used on my 01 GL1800 Wing. I am using it in my Wells Cargo 5X8 V nose enclosed trailer.
I mounted the chock about one inch away from the wall in the front of the trailer.
The mirrors are the widest part of the bike, but they do fold in somewhat, to enable putting the front wheel strap over the tire.
With this positioning, I have about 2 inches of clearance between the bike trunk, and the trailer ramp door.
My ratchet straps that mount to the floor to hook to the rear crash bars, are new defective, and the factory is shipping out a new pair today.
They had a bad run, and are taking care of it.

I have not yet tried out the system on the road, as I need the sides secure.
It is a one man load in, and holds the bike up while you strap the front tire, and strap the back down.
since the wing sits so high, and only your toes touch the floor, I engaged reverse to back out of the chock.
That worked great!
Can't wait to complete the ratchet strap instillation, and try it out on the road.

Received item faster than promised! Reviewed instructions and laid all items out on garage floor to be sure I had received everything.
As I am an older guy ( disabled vet), it took me about two hours to position and install system in my trailer. Trial run went exactly as shown in their video ! Once you experience this system, you won’t ever want to be without it ! No possibility of blown seals ! Worth every penny !

I very recently used the wheel chock and self adjusting buckle straps on a 1500 mile trip, they held the bike. The chock is much more secure than a standard wheel chock, it's taller, longer and has the secure flip up part behind the wheel which I tightened on Cecil's advice. One problem that I had was the front wheel strap wouldn't stay in place, I have Kuryakyn chromed wheel covers on the front wheel of my '08 Honda Goldwing that I believe might have been the reason that the wheel strap wouldn't stay in place no matter what I did, I tried moving the strap back, tight, loose, in between, it still fell off no matter what I tried. I made some test runs and it kept falling off, then the chrome on the wheel cover was marked up from the strap after I finally gave up. I used the buckle straps on my trip as shown in the video that worked well, I added a couple more standard straps to pull the bike forward insuring that the bike stayed in the chock. All in all I'm glad that I bought the set for the well made wheel chock and buckle straps and I didn't spend a fortune on them. I really need an additional pair of buckle straps to secure the front forward because the standard ones that I used to keep the wheel in the chock loosened.

Absolutely the easiest way to load your bike. Love the front wheel strap, no more compressing the forks. It works perfectly in our toy hauler. I had a condor before and would buy the lock and load before the condor. I use both in the toy hauler and the lock and load is so much better.

The best wheel chock system ever. Does not compress the shocks because it uses the chock and front tire tie down. I love the self adjusting rear straps that hold the bike from moving side to side. I installed in about an hour and then tied the bike down in about 1 minute. I used it on a trip from Columbus Ohio to Boise Idaho and never had to readjust despite going 70 MPH on bumpy interstate 90. I did call the manufacturer twice for install clarifications and he was very helpful. I used this on a mint 2013 Ultraglide limited and now trust this system every time. If you want to protect your bike with the best system available, the Lock n Load wheel chock system is it. The fact that you can secure your bike in 45 seconds by yourself is just a bonus!

Installed the combo on a wood deck open trailer. Wow was it easy to load/unload. Really found it simple to just drive the bike for transport up onto the chock and then secure the back straps and tire strap.

A drawback I found is that because I have a wooden deck and due to the tight tolerances (and flex in the mounting plate contributing to the problem) I have to remove the whole unit and I am not able to just loosen the chock from the mounting plate and remove. Not a problem for my application and I could add a backer plate if I needed that feature.

The other thing I found, was on the back plates for the straps, they have a backer plate with round holes and because of how they fit to the mounting plate, you have to square up the holes so the carriage bolts will catch and not spin as you bring them home. Seems like when they have them punched, they could just be punched square.

This looks like the system I will be using from now on.

Great product, however, the strap that goes over the front tire is very difficult to get over the tire and between the fender of my 2015 Indian Chief. I knew this may be an issue, you get very dirty stuffing it in there but overall it is a great tie down solution.

Hey man, here's my story. For the past seventeen years I have lived in a rural area. Four miles up a nasty dirt road. I thought I would never ride a Harley again. Thanks to your product and an enclosed trailer I am born again. I bought the Harley I wanted and now I trailer my bike to the end of my road and ride. Great product! We were not certain that the price was justified, but, we traveled with friends that purchased a different chock and definitely saw the benefits when we were both loading our bikes at the same time! With their chock, although it had a similar design, it required straps be applied while someone else was holding the bike up. We purchased the Combo set, with the seat belt ratcheting straps and it took us a few minutes compared to their 40 minutes determining which strap went to which d-ring. When watching the sales/installation video, we also read some of the comments. One comment in particular regarding the location of installing the seat belt straps forward of the rear tire. It made sense so that is how we installed them and it worked great. This allowed the straps to pull forward on the rear of the bike rather than pulling it backwards as they ratcheted tighter during our trailering. Great product and would recommend completely.

I bought the Lock N Load a couple of weeks before I had a cargo trailer for my Harley. I now have a trailer and just installed the Lock N Load. I run my bike into the trailer and wheel chock a half dozen times for fit and try out. I probably don't have to but I think I will secure my handlebars so there is no side to side wiggle but not tension on my forks suspension. It really is as easy as the video shows.

The directions for the ratchet straps are not 100% clear showing which side the bracket mounts on, and the bolts where longer then I needed, other than that it is a great product
