I found on another website suggesting using an 1-1/8" hole saw rather than elongating the existing hole to allow the installation of the hitch bolting - it works great and is a much neater installation. When using the hole saw on the muffler side be sure stay clear of the tapped hole for the heat sheild. I also sprayed under coating on the new holes. Note when putting the heat sheild back you will only be using 3 screws one screw hole must be cut away for the clearance of the hitch. Great product.
