Received in great condition with the hitch, and before I expected it. Installation was a breeze and only took slightly longer than the 10-15 minutes stated. I actually expected it to take longer since I did it myself and have a mild case of OCD… The additional 20 minutes were due to wrapping the wire in its own shield and securing it with the other truck wiring.
Great product and customer support was great too! Three friends recently installed hitches and I got the best deal and product. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know!
