Installed this on my 2010 MINI Cooper Hardtop (non S) this week. The install went fine. The only thing that slowed it down was removing the push pins that held on the bumper cover and the wheel well liners. When doing this you need to have new push pins on hand, because you most likely will break a few trying to remove them. Also trimming the grill when you put it back together required multiple test fits to get it to fit again. A cutting wheel for the Dremel worked better than the cutting bit, but I did use both. I did like that you included a plastic plug(s) for the hole I had to cut in the install of the baseplate, but there was no mention of what they were used for till I tried them in the hole. A better solution than covering the hole with electrical tape. There are a couple of good videos on utube on how to instal the base plate.
