The hitch arrived in perfect condition via UPS very soon after being ordered. The installation went perfectly. I found that I needed to thread the clamps another 1" in order to snug the front mounting point of the hitch without using shims. That was quick and simple with the remainder of the installation taking a total of perhaps ten minutes. I've tested both a small trailer and a three rail motorcycle trailer (loaded) and the hitch performs as though it was a factory installation.
