Installed this on a new hitch. Product got to me in two days (MA) and went in easy. I like the fact that it stays on all the time even when your towing, just flip it up. Never loose a cover again. It also holds the wire harness in place when not in use.

Probably the best part of the whole hitch package!
I've always had a problem figuring out what to do with the flat plug. Plus, those snap-in receiver covers always rust or get lost.
This is a great product. It certainly makes the whole installation look clean and professional.
I've already told a few of my RVing friends about it.

A little tight getting it on once the hitch was installed (1998 Toyota sienna). Fits good and I really like the electral connector cover for keeping the connector clean.
