Delighted! Very fast shipping, total customer service. Great instructions, very straight forward install. Fit perfectly (and the trimming of a bit of plastic cover under the drivers side mount was very easy).

Easy install took about 15 minutes by myself, even with having to tap out vehicle holes (7 year old vehicle) trailer towed perfect hardly knew it was back there. Would purchase again, great price with quick delivery.

Great product and easy to install. Only 4 bolts to install the hitch and lower the muffler to get the hitch in position was a snap. The instructions are easy to follow and I did remove a extra hanging bracket arm from the Toyota Rav 4 muffler that was probably used for a different model and not needed on the Toyota Rav 4 It was only two small bolts, and removing it made sure it would not rub on frame of hitch. The Hitch is easy but be prepared when you do the wiring harness.

Received hitch for my RAV4 much quicker than I expected. Quality of hitch is excellent and I had it on my vehicle in about twenty minutes. Did clean out bolt holes, previous to receiving hitch, with Liquid Wrench and round wire brush so that threads were clean and lubricated.
