Great hitch. No problem to install. Removed tie down strap. Bought some round wire brushes from Harbor Freight and used WD-40 to clean out bolt holes. Used lock tight on threads of bolts. Was installed less than 1 hour.

My hitch was delivered in no time! it was installed by myself in half hour. Removing the tow plate was hard because I think they put sometype of adhesive on those screws from the factory. This hicth mkes the Rav4 look beefy! Love it!

Looks and works awesome! Perfect fit and tucked up nicely. While it isn't a "factory" hitch it is a nice compromise. Fit and finish are excellent, well worth every penny!

I received the Toyota Rav4 hitch earlier than expected and the installation,
with the help of a good friend (I am not yet allowed to bend my neck
for medical reasons) was indeed very easy.
Wish I had thought of an extension piece for the wrenches to get to the bolts on the side of the muffler though.
Thanks for a sturdy hitch that we will be using often and
for years to come.
Recommend it to anyone who needs one and has a few tools.
