The hitch itself is great, but UPS screwed up the delivery for 3 days.
Estimate of 30 minutes for installation is optimistic, IMO. Took me about 2 hours, mostly because it's tricky getting the mounting bolts into the holes in a tight space under the car.
Bottom line, I'd buy again, as the product seems first-class.

First, HitchSource.com is one of a very few selling the Toyota Prius hitch. Sure it makes sense not to pull a heavy trailer w/ the hybrid. But I needed to carry a wheel chair platform that weighs about 40 pounds and the HitchSource hitch is perfect.
The order was made over the internet on a weekend. Several hours later I realized I’d made a mistake and ordered the wrong model. I sent an e-mail declaring the mistake. The next day I rec’d a reply that the order had already shipped and how to return the item @no charge and the correct one will be shipped… now that’s FAST service. That’s also great CUSTOMER SERVICE! Excellent mechanical matching, took me ~30m to install (not using a lift).
However some advice –
1. Before starting insert the curved washer- pay attention to direction – washer is working as spring when tighten
2. Insert the passenger side first. Using one screw to hold it in place.(do not tight the screw!
3. Install one screw on driver side.
4. Tight the screws only after all 4 screws are inserted, use X closing steps. (One from each side up to the 4 screws are tighten).

Hitchsource was great!
Put it in myself, ended up bending the edge of the heat shield to enable the hitch to fit against the frame rail, but went in for no problems.
