Arrived on time and in good order. The only challenge I encountered during installation was that the front fastguns could not be installed normally. The tie down attachment is secured to the jack in front and there wasn't enough clearance for the handle and lock to work (these are 90 degrees from one another so you need clearance in two directions). The solution was to install the front fastguns upside down. I called Torklift and they said that they thought that would be fine (said others had done this) and they worked fine on a recent 1500 mile trip. Nothing in the instruction manual addresses this issue.
