Fits perfectly with no fascia trimming required; nice low-profile appearance. You'll loose the tow tie-down hook (if you have one), but the hitch receiver will substitute for that anyway. If installing on a vehicle older than a few months I suggest you spray all the frame mounting nuts with a rust penetrant and run them through with either the correct tap or one of the bolts to ream the threads of any surface rust.
