HitchSource was great to deal with. Order shipped as they said, FAST, and it arrived at no shipping cost. Install went very well. Approx. 35 mins total with the right tools. Only thing to add is that the directions said to totally REMOVE the heat shield that sits above the muffler and protects the floor pan. You do have to remove it to install the hitch but with tin snips you can easily cut away a small area that is triangle shaped so you can then reinstall the heat shield. Subaru put it there for a reason and IMO it should be put back. Removing the muffler made the install go easier too. The hitch looks super on the Forester and it is very solid. We are using it for bike racks and maybe some day will get a small trailer to haul our HD's on them. This was a great purchase and a terrific price.
