I am really glad I did this install myself rather than pay someone $100 or so. It was really simple. The instructions are very clear. I used a Dremel tool to enlarge the holes. You don't have to cut much. Mine actually turned out oval because you just have to get it wide enough to get the carriage bolt head through at an angle. My wife helped hold up the hitch while I got the nuts put on. Installation took between 30 and 45 minutes. Thanks Hitchsource.com
