Hitchsoure customer service will tell you that they sell quality items.

I would agree because this item is pricey but also gives u the quality you expect.

I had a problem with this product. It would not open when I got it. I called and they immediately just sent me a new one.

I buy a lot of stuff online... and I can tell you there are not many companies these days that give u that kind of service.
