In true Softride fashion the Access Element Hitch Bike Rack's parallelogram design differentiates it from the rest of the industry and allows for easy access to the rear of the vehicle, while keeping your bikes level at all times. Holding 4 bikes, the Softride Element will easily meet the ground clearance requirements of small cars or SUV's ensuring your bikes don't scrape the ground as you exit your driveway. The bike rack's arms fold down and out of the way or are easily removed. The rubber straps are extremely durable and easy to use. The Softride Element hitch bike rack includes a universal mount that fits both 1.25" and 2" receivers and equipped with an anti-rattle hitch bolt that secures the rack to the receiver on your vehicle.

I received the softride access bike rack very fast. I installed it on my Trailblazer and drove 350 miles. Hitch was solid and did not move . It folded out with no problem, and I could get into the rear hatch with ease. It was interesting watching everyone else trying to get into trucks and suvs.This is a great bike rack. thanks. Bill

This rack is perfect for us. We bought this rack to fit on our Honda minivan so we could take our kids' bikes with us on vacations. It works great. One person can easily lower and raise it. The bikes fit on there just fine, even with training wheels. Also, it was easy to take on and off the car when not in use. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the Dura has, but for our use it was just want we needed...well-constructed, easy to use, access to liftgate with ease, easily removed and installed.

The Softride Element rack was perfect for me. I can easily lower the bikes and get in my back door. HitchSource got it to as planned and it took just a few minutes to install. I recommend this rack to anyone. I have a spare tire and just have two bikes. I just use the last two racks and it works perfectly.
