I bought the Honda CR-V Trailer Hitch, 07-10 - Class III for my 2010 Honda CRV. This hitch matches up nicely with the Softride Access Dura Hitch Bike Rack 1.25 / 2" receiver. The Softride was a great buy. It was delivered at my doorstep in a timely manner and I assembled it right away. I took a trip from KY to FL already carrying my bikes and I am very pleased with my purchase. I wanted something that would be easy to put on and take off and also at all times have easy access to my car from the back. I like that it locks to the hitch and that it has a cable installed to lock your bikes to the rack! I already got the comment from someone that I bought the Cadillac of bike racks and I agree, it is nice!

Bought the Dura bike rack - all in all probably the best, most versatile product you can find. It is sturdy, albeit bit on the heavy side, and works well - it replaces an older rack that has outlived its use. Company was very responsive when I needed a part replaced that was damaged during shipping. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the Softride hitch rack. It was easy to put together and easy to use. What I like about it is it is easy for my wife to load bikes on. It is really sturdy and the bikes ride on the rack really good and they do not move around. I also like the locking pin on the hitch and also the way I can lock up the bikes and not have to worry about them being stolen.
When I recieved the Softride, there were parts in the box that were broke during shipping. I called HitchSource and they shipped to me new parts right away. HitchSource is a very dependable company, with fast and friendly service. The Softride Hitch Rack is a very good product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hitch rack at a reasonable

This is a great rack for long trips, but probably more rack than I need.
The good: The rack is rock solid, with no wobble, and holds four bikes snugly. The swing-down feature lowers the bikes nicely to get them on and off and allows me to open the rear hatch. It also looks pretty good. I would be very comfortable using this on a long road trip.
The bad: The anti-wobble pin has to be screwed in and out with a 3/4" wrench (not included) to add or remove the hitch, which makes putting it in for a 20 minute ride to the park a pain. (I may try replacing the anti-wobble pin with a regular pin to see if it makes installation and removal easier). Some frame types require a bike adapter bar.
