Well made trailer hitch and the instructions were easy to follow. I was able to mount the hitch myself with a ratchet. Did not need to remove the spare tire or lower the exhaust. A jack stand and a jack gave me the extra hands that I needed. Took me about 40 minutes to install on my Toyota Sienna, that included putting the tools away. I would recommend. Rating:
