My hitch was delivered the day after I ordered it. Could not believe it arrived so fast. The instructions given were perfect including dropping the 4 muffler hangers and definitely using a 12mm tap as I could not install the bolts without clearing the threads in the chassis. Installed by myself with no help in aprox. 30 minutes plus the time to tap out the threads. Great hitch and best price. No complaints here.
