I received my hitch and during the shipment, the freight company completely destroyed the box and I was missing some parts. I called HitchSource and they sent me my parts along with an upgrade and they followed up to make sure everything was okay. Hitch works perfect and I would definitely purchase from them again. Also, their price for this product is the best price I could find and they were much cheaper than other brands for the same product. Saved me a good bit of money and I really appreciate it. Thanks HitchSource.
