Adding the brackets to my 2013 CRV was not a 3 hour job, but if I did another one I could do it a lot faster. Everything was just as the instruction sheet said, however if you want to save yourself some time and effort watch the YouTube video on the installation on a 2013 CRV and follow their instructions on drilling for the 4 1/2 inch bolt holes without removing the frame bolts. It worked so well and saved both time and effort.
The result is a very clean look.
