I like the trailer hitch very much. I am sure it will serve me well. One comment I would like to make regarding the installation. It will take at a minimum of 2 hours to install on an X5 BMW. Reason being you have to remove the tailpipe to mount it. I was only charged two hours labor but it took the professional body shop 3 hours using their appropriate tools.

Shipment of product was very quick. The hitch was incredibly easy to install on my Jeep Wrangler and looks great! At my local truck shop this hitch is $150 before installation.

Estoy muy satisfecho con el Hitch se ve muy bien y es muy fuerte ,solo que la instalacion en ,la scape 2006 no es tan facil como ellos dicen
me tomo como 1 hora y media pero valio la pena

My recent purchase of camper tie downs for my Dodge truck was a pleasant experience. The Torklift product is superior by far and so was the service by HitchSource. I received my order (hassle free) in exemplary good time as per shipping requests. I read the instructions enclosed with the Torklift product and had no trouble with the installation at all. I would recommend the product and the HitchSource company to anyone needing tie down solutions for camper requirements. Great product, great price, great service! What else can I say? Thanks again.

Great hitch, fit just right on my VW Cabrio, I used some lock tight red on the nuts just to be sure they do not loosen, the instructions are good but you have to read it a few times and set the parts out in the correct order as not mess it up, :)

It was easy to install on the Equinox, even for someone that doesn't know wiring.
