This pole tongue adapter kit adapts the Equal-i-zer hitches to work with pole tongue trailers. The parts circled in grey are included in the kit. The L-bracket and pins outside the grey area are sold separately, but they are also included in the standard Equalizer hitch kit when you purchase the hitch.
