Price was great, sales person very energetic and helpful, so I placed the order of my trailor hitch. Honestly, not more than two days, and I had the hitch at my front door! was a little skeptical on how it would fit, but it actually went on pretty easy. I did lower the exhaust pipe and remove the spare, which made it alot easier, and it was installed in 30 minutes...No kidding!! I would definately use Hitch Source again...Looks great too!!!

I have to admit I was a little doubtful about this. Arrived in about 2 days, followed the clearly laid out instructions. Except for me figuring out the right angle to get the hitch bar up between the frame members over the exhaust, everything went in exactly as planned. I will come back if I ever need another hitch!

First I need to say thank you, thank you, thank you! This was the first step for helping my roommate regain some of her freedom back. She has had a Motorized Wheelchair since Nov2010 and has not been able to afford to get the outside lift for her SUV that she needed. And Medicare does not pay for it saying she should be home bound anyways. Hello people need to go to Dr's appointments and shop. But anyways we came across your hitch and I decided I could swing it, and her 46th birthday was coming up. I ordered it and i could not believe how fast it got here THANK YOU!!!! Great service and quick delivery. I had to tap the hitch on the end to get it to fit under the Xtrerra. After doing that it went on easily.

Hitch Source ROCKS! I cannot believe how quickly I received my order. I cannot say for sure - but I think I placed the order online about 1:00 or 2:00 PM on a Monday - and the hitch was delivered to my home Tuesday afternoon! Now THAT is what I consider EXTRAORDINARY service!!! The hitch and T-connector arrived without any damage and they were exactly as described on the website, the directions to install the hitch were clear, concise, and easy to understand, and the installation was easy and went very smoothly too!

Installation is lined out in the detailed instructions and was easy. The finish on the Hitch is high gloss and looks great. There is a step on the top of the hitch (Xterra) that is very handy for SUV owners and allows for easier access to roof racks.
