Let me just start by saying I am thoroughly impressed by the services rendered by Hitchsource.com. Not only is this hitch top quality, but it arrived at my door about 48 hrs after I ordered it. I wasn't even sure that was possible. I installed the hitch on my 98 infinity Qx4 and everything lined up as it should. This will be my first stop should I need anything this site carries. Mind blown.
