Wonderful! Instructions so easy a monkey (or me!) could do it! Took me about 2 hours, but I'm slow and that included a run to Kragen for a torque wrench. Needless to say....I am MORE than happy with this purchase. :0)

The folks at HitchSource were very helpful in making sure I ordered the correct hitch, as well as answering any other questions I had. Hitch was super-easy to install on my Lexus. I cut the fascia with tin snips, much easier than a rotary tool.

The install is really pretty easy other then having to be under the car working for about an hour. My advice is to pay attention to which bolts are holding the fascia on as reattaching it is the biggest pain of the whole process. Cutting the fascia was surprisingly trivial and could be done with a good pair of shears. On the AWD 2010 RX 350 non-tow-package there is a full trailer wiring connector tucked up on the rear of the drivers side. You only need the $12 wiring adapter. I saw conflicting reports on this prior to the install. If you have a socket wrench and 2 hours (max) do this yourself and avoid a major dealer rip off. It looks perfect once installed. The directions are pretty comprehensive.
