I had ordered the same hitch from another popular site, that offered free shipping. Well, after waiting for over a week, I decided to call them they told me that they were waiting for the manufacturer to ship. After a few more days I called again and to my surprise they told me that it would take another 2 to 3 weeks before they got it from the manufacturer. I decided to cancel my order and place the order from Hitchsource, My order was received within 2 business days. it was very easy to install and directions were easy to follow with diagrams.
