I purchased this hitch because of the service and the price. I ordered it one day and it was here the next. I only had one bad expierience in the whole install and it was not their fault at all. On the right frame rail with the welded nuts, 2 of the nuts in the frame were metric and the other 2 were American S.A.E. This had to be done when the Jeep was assembled in late 2010. It may never happen again, probably a Friday afternoon blunder or someone with a sick mind.
