Happy with HitchSource.com - Shipped promptly and order filled accurately. Good quality hitch, with good installation instructions. The parts list included two (2) fishwires which were missing; they would have been helpful in getting the bolts into the holes which are not readily accessible - had to jury rig own. [The bolt holes need to be drilled into the trunk rails which are rectangular tubing which requires "fishing" the bolts into the tubing from the end - six (6) bolts total.] The muffler needs to be dropped to perform the installation. My installation, including lighting, required 4 hours to accomplish the installation; instructions suggest 1/2 hour for a pro; 1 hour for an amateur - very optimistic in my opinion.
